Terms of Service
By registering, accessing or using any services developed, operated, maintained or hosted by Unique Com located at 11 Aigaiou Str, 55134 Thessaloniki, Greece, including all websites and IP addresses available at and configured for use at www.team-pad.com, ("Service"), you agree to be bound to the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service") and you agree that it is enforceable as if it were a written negotiated agreement signed by Unique Com and you.
Unique Com reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. You agree to use the Service at your own risk and you understand that Unique Com cannot be responsible for the Content posted on the Service. Using our Service
You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process and/or continued use of the Service. Unique Com reserves the right to terminate your use of the Services upon the discovery that the information you provided is not complete or accurate.
Login to your account may only be used by one person - a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted. You and the other Users use the Service at your own risk. You agree that you are responsible for ensuring and maintaining the security of your logins and passwords.
You may not use the Service to store, host, or send unsolicited email (spam). You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws or trademark laws). You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your Workspace.
You may not use any robot, spider, other automated device, or manual process to monitor or copy any content from the Service. You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Service). Also, you agree not to access the Service using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide. For example, you may not: a) reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the software used to access the Service or protocols used in the Service, unless this is required by law; b) attempt to disable or circumvent any security mechanisms used by the Service; c) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network; d) breach or otherwise circumvent any security or authentication measures; e) access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Service; f) interfere with or disrupt any user, host, or network, for example by sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing any part of the Service; g) plant malware or otherwise use the Service to distribute malware; h) access or search the Service by any means other than our publicly supported interfaces (for example, “scraping”). If your use of the Service or other behaviour intentionally or unintentionally threatens our ability to provide the Service, we will take any reasonable steps to protect the Service, which may include termination or suspension of your access to the Service.
Using our Service does not give you any legal right, title, or interest in our Service or the Content you access. You may not assign (or grant a sub-license of) your rights to use the Service, or otherwise transfer any part of your rights to use the Service.
Unique Com may modify, suspend or discontinue this Service at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion. Unique Com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Payment Terms
A valid credit card is required for paying accounts, unless otherwise specified. Free Trial accounts are not required to provide a credit card number.
The Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.
For any upgrade or downgrade in plan level, your credit card that you provided will automatically be charged the new rate on your next billing cycle.
Downgrading your Service may cause the loss of Content, features, or capacity of your Account. Unique Com does not accept any liability for such loss.
Cancellation and Termination
You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You may cancel your account at anytime from the "Account Information" page (Settings tab) within your account.
All of your Content will be immediately deleted from the Service upon cancellation. This information cannot be recovered once your account is cancelled. All data associated with a trial subscription is permanently deleted at the end of the trial period.
If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up month, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again.
Unique Com, may at any time and for any reason terminate the Services, terminate this Agreement, or suspend or terminate your account. In the event of termination, your account will be disabled and you may not be granted access to your account or any files or other content contained in your account. Unique Com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
General Conditions
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. You acknowledge, understand and agree that Unique Com provides the Service to you "As Is" and "As Available" without warranty or condition of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of availability, accuracy, reliability, timeliness, security completeness or non-infringement.
Unique Com makes no warranties regarding (i) your ability to use the Service, (ii) your satisfaction with the Service, (iii) that the Service will be available at all times, uninterrupted, and error-free (iv), the accuracy of mathematical calculations performed by the Service, and (v) that bugs or errors in the Service will be corrected. Unique Com, its affiliates and its sponsors are neither responsible nor liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages arising out of or relating in any way to your use of the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using the Service.
You understand that Unique Com uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service.
You must not modify, adapt or hack the Service or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated, linked to, or partnered with the Service.
Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Unique Com customer, employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account termination.
You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your Content, may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
You expressly understand and agree that Unique Com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if We Are Mammoth has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; (v) or any other matter relating to the service.
The failure of Unique Com to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and Unique Com and govern your use of the Service, superceding any prior agreements between you and Unique Com (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
