Team-Pad is a service provided by Unique Com. Your privacy and security is very important to us.

Security

Team-Pad servers and data are monitored 24x7 for up-time, availability and intrusion detection. Access to our web site is encrypted using SSL and is only accessible via https (never via http). Passwords are stored with one-way encryption on our servers meaning that our own internal team can never access a password. Our logging uses encryption, the very same high-security standard used in online banking.

Inside Unique Com, we restrict access to personal information to only those employees who need to know that information in order to deploy and maintain our services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality agreements and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations. All access to data is logged and regularly reviewed by our IT department.

Unique Com does not share your personal information with third parties, unless explicitly approved by you.

When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, billing address, credit card information. Members who sign up for the free account are not required to enter a credit card. (ii) To notify you of change of services, maintenance notifications, information and promotional materials, newsletters. (iii) To improve our service and to track and diagnose problems. (iv) To use it in our billing systems.

Cookies are required to use the Team-Pad service. We use cookies to record current session information, but do not require permanent cookies.

We use this information for the above purposes and to monitor and analyze use of the Service, to increase our functionality and user-friendliness. As of the date this policy went into effect, we use Google Analytics.
